Who We Are	Product Design & Serviceability
We are a family-owned business, founded in 1986 by Lee Dowbachuk. Lee began his career in 1960 at National Elevator Cab & Door Co., later working at Parkline Elevator Cabs and becoming the manager of Williamsburg Steel Products' elevator cab division. With his experience, Lee started American High-Tech Designs, Inc., which is now run by his son, Tim Dowbachuk.	In our many years of being in business and manufacturing elevator cabs and interiors, We have been inspired to build our products to be serviceable and easy to install in the field. We work closely with architects, designers, property managers, and building owners to create custom solutions that fit the building’s style and purpose while ensuring durability and safety.

Refurbishing or updating the interior of Elevator cabs, including replacing new materials such as Wall Panels,Ceilings and Handrails

Custom Cab Design:

Designing custom interiors to fit specific styles or building aesthetics. This can include the use of custom finishes, materials (like stainless steel, glass, wood, or laminate), and lighting.

Protective Pads and Accessories

Providing protective wall pads to prevent damage during moving and construction
